A 19-year-old budding rapper named Burns of Newarthill, Lanarkshire put a sick sex video of a 14-year-old girl online.
The girl cannot be named for some legal reasons. She accepted Kyle Burns friend request even though she doesn’t know him personally.
Burns (known as Logik) began chatting her and a month later, Burns asked her to send a salacious video that features herself and he promised that he also send one back in return.
The girl did a 60-second clip of herself then sent it to Burns. And Burns sent a video to her too but Burns emailed her again to delete the video of him so that the girl did.
Weeks later, one of the girl’s friend told her that her video clip was on the internet. The girl’s friend reported the video to a staff at her school then called a police.
Burns appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court, where he admitted distributing or showing indecent pictures of a child between January and June 2010.
Sheriff Joyce Powrie yesterday deferred sentence on Burns and placed him on the sex offenders’ register.
